Exceptional in EVERY WAY!!! Bloom was amazing to work with. They really understood my vision and how to bring it to life. In addition, we got married on Beaver Island, which added logistical complications but the team was super flexible and helpful. They came to set everything up and it was beyond my greatest expectations. I will say they are not inexpensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for in this instance - pristine flowers and exceptional customer service & care. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Everyone commented on how stunning the flowers were!
They have a beautiful selection and beautiful flowers. My initial Bouquet lasted a few days, I have never been to a florist before and I found it odd they died so soon, though it was just a matter of bad timing I think. They were more than happy to replace it for me and with an even more beautiful one. I went in and this lady made one of the prettiest bouquets I have ever seen in about 30 seconds. I set it over at cherry republic for awhile and it got non stop compliments.I really appreciate the business integrity and y’all’s eye for beautiful flowers. Thank you!
