Awhile back I had posted a review on Google regarding the rudeness of one of their employee's. I was annoyed with this person who called me. To my surprise I received an apology from the upper management (CEO) for that person's behavior. That told me that this company has a lot of integrity, if I ever did business with them in the future I would for that reason alone, knowing that they would stands behind not only the company the customer as well.

Dylan, the owner of Sommer Solutions responded quickly and professionally to all of them. He said he’d try to work us in to his schedule as soon as possible. Fortunately for us he was able to do just that. He and his team worked LONG hours for two days straight. We were very impressed with how hard and quickly the team finished the job and cleaned up.
