“We've been bringing our dogs here for years, everyone from the front desk team to all the vets and techs are wonderful! Compassionate, kind, friendly. Appointments almost always run on time (which is amazing for a vet clinic where there are so many variables and surprises in a day!). They're upfront about pricing, and I've never felt pressured to spend more than is necessary to care properly for our pets. We've always been so happy with Center Line Vets, but since having to say goodnight to one of our dogs so suddenly here and the support and care shown by everyone there, we could never dream of taking our pets anywhere else“

I moved out to the area just over a year ago, around which time my beloved cat, Jake, began to experience some health problems. He ended up being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that ended up taking his life.

Throughout his illness, the staff and veterinarians at Madison Heights Veterinary Hospital were very courteous and understanding. The vets were equally as determined as I was to ensure Jake's healing, and they were also conscientious of the fact that I am on a limited income and did their best to recommend the best treatments possible at the most affordable price. Every time I called, they would call right back. Every time there was something Jake urgently needed, they would stay past closing time to look thoroughly at his situation and make sure they made the correct diagnosis and decided next steps.

At the time of his death, the staff and vets were beyond gracious. They made sure Jake was as comfortable as possible and that his transition was a peaceful one. They were also very kind towards me as I said goodbye, making sure I had all the time I needed and plenty of privacy. This experience was completely different from previous euthanasia experiences I've had where vets hurried through the process and immediately threw the bill in my face without any ounce of compassion. The staff and vets here were, fortunately, the complete opposite.

While I am forever heartbroken at Jake's passing, I am sure that, when I'm ready, I'll have another cat. At which point I am certain I will be returning to Madison Heights Veterinary Hospital for all of their health needs.“

“Our dog was very very sick. We had 4 vets from a different vet practice tell us there was nothing left to do to save her. During this very difficult time Dr. John returned my call and shared that he wanted to help. Not only did he make our dog comfortable that night (after hours) by calling in medication, he followed up for the days on his own time. He truly saved her life when multiple other vets gave up way too soon. I have never seen a vet office with such compassion and dedication to sick animals. They truly care and go out of their way to help. My dog went from having a scheduled appointment to put her to sleep to feeling the best she has felt in years. She is happy and doing so well. I am forever grateful for west Woodward animal clinic and highly recommend them! They answered every single question and explained all outcomes. They were realistic with her possible prognosis but worked so hard to make our dog better. They also have very fair prices and in no way try to scam or do unnecessary testing to make money.“

“I took my baby in to this office for the first time on Monday because he was ill, on Friday evening I received an unexpected call from Dr. Lafond checking on him!! From the treatment we received in her office to her calling, she’s a great and can doctor, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!“

She’s always being super patient and answering all of our questions as well as recommending the best route for our puppy during his vaccines and appointments. “My first visit at Moore Vet. Dr. Burcham was genuinely engaged in making sure my cat was recovering as expected after his recent stay at another hospital. She was gentle, explained everything she was doing, educated me about his new diet needs and was so kind. She made sure all my questions were answered. I really liked her and my cat did too. Vet tech, Gina was helpful and reassuring, and the support staff was attentive. Wonderful experience!“

“I took my previous dog here oce for emergency and once for end of life. I took my current pup here for parvo and his vaccines. They are amazing no matter what the situation is. They are compassionate and understanding for the people and the pups.“

Always explains everything as well as letting you know the causes etc, which I personally appreciate! They are also willing to provide estimates prior to services rendered, which is noce. Office is always clean and smells good!!!“

Dr. Nowakowski treats our Sammy as if he’s her own and that is something that is very near and dear to us. I think everyone can agree with me when I say that our pets are not only our pets they are our entire world and they deserve to be treated with love and care and that what they provide. She is always very patient with us and especially me lol. She always takes her time and answers all of our questions. Her skill level is obviously pretty stellar. She was so good with my cat, took an ample amount of time to examine him, explain everything to me and address all of my concerns. It is rare to have an experience where you feel an innate trust with someone so quickly. The staff is always friendly, SO kind, so professional. They consistently go above and beyond each time I come in. They have, on more than one occasion, made time for my pet when I know they are incredibly busy. The facility is always consistently clean, they always provide me with the absolute best options for my pet, then we work from there. I cannot possibly recommend them more. They are a professional, compassionate veterinary hospital. If you are a pet parent, you know that placing your trust in anyone to care for them can be tough! But, If that is what you are looking for, I urge you to consider allowing them to care for your pet.“
