Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“

“We just started taking our Ziggy for daycare at this facility. He’s only gone 2 days but by their social media posts and how exhausted he is when he gets home, I can clearly see he has a great time and is well taken care of. The facility is clean and well kept. Their outdoor play area is big, perfect for dogs to run around. The daily special events add an extra fun touch. Prices are reasonable for what they offer and they offer ALOT. They post a ton of pictures on their social media to ease your mind. Highly, highly recommended.“

“We took our miniature schnauzer to Royal Pup Parlor and had a great experience. They were very gentle and clearly took their time with him. The cut turned out great, but what I appreciated most was how comfortable he seemed when we picked him up.

“Took my very sweet very timid cat in because his fur was getting unmanageable and he had some concerning mats and tangles. They did a fantastic job and were super nice!! I did get a little nervous because the Google hours said they closed at 5 PM and it was getting close to there and they hadn't called me but when I went to check I noticed that their sign said open until 6. Either way my cat was returned with a nice new look, clean fur, and tangle and mat free! I cannot express how grateful I am that they took such good care of him and were all so kind.
