“IF YOU'RE CURIOUS TO KNOW HOW THIS OFFICE IS, READ ON! STOP SCROLLING AND CALL!!!! On Wednesday morning I had fractured/split my molar. I wanted to find a dentist that was on greater mack years ago. I figured I would just call to see if they had any openings. The front desk was so helpful and able to get me in later that day. I went in hoping that they could pull it. DR NEENA wasn't comfortable pulling it. So, she scheduled me for the following morning w/ another dentist who handles more complicated tooth extraction. I really appreciated that she truly cared to make sure I wasn't in pain. I had asked if she was willing to possibly use the resin to at least bond the molar until the next morning. She gave it a try. It did work to make it not wiggle and create nerve irritation. Her willingness to be creative & problem solve made me so grateful! They were very affordable and they made sure to show the cost breakdown. The next morning, I ended up having GI issues from different medications. I was so panicked. I knew I wasn't able to leave the house. I called them and explained what was going on. I told them I really didnt want to miss my appointment. They were able to move my time up. When I got there, the front desk and the lady who I spoke to over the phone were so kind and genuine. They all knew what was going on. Which demonstrated effective team communication. The dental hygienist on both days were true patient advocates and did an amazing job communicating everything to the dentist. I was so appreciative to their entire crew! I'm sure I have found my family's new dental office! Thank you and I will be back in a few weeks to get the next molar done!“
