Today was my first visit at this office. The staff was nothing short of amazing. They were very welcoming and despite my "dentist anxiety" they made me feel comfortable. They also don't make you feel weird about your dental hygiene not being "up to par". I've found my new dentist office!

Knollwood Dental offers an all around great experience. All staff are very friendly. The office is clean and well run. They call you back very close to your appointment time. They communicate before and after visits with texts or email instructions and reminders. Dr. Lydia Kossak-D’Agostini is so personable and a great clinician. You are not treated like an assembly line here as compared to other nearby practices. They listen to your requests and honor your wishes. Front desk staff advises you on your insurance coverage. This is an exceptional practice.

Happily been using Knollwood for many years. I see Dr Kim and find his work to be excellent. Just had a new cap installed and was very pleased. He took the time to make sure my bite was comfortable and in line with my other teeth. This is the way dental work should be done.
