This is an awesome company that works well with EVERYONE! Including the their clients.Each and every staff member in the Grand Blanc location are very attentive, nice, caring and helpful than most companies.Never any issues with getting in contact with anyone here 24/7. They’ll work well with your work schedule & personal schedule and any work related issues, you’ll never be ignored. No company is perfect but I’ve worked here for many years and Couldn’t say anything less.
I have worked with Soteria for many years with mutual clients that need home health care. The owners are compassionate, professional, and respond promptly. The office staff are amazing at keeping things running smoothly 24/7, communicating client’s needs and updates, and ensuring the clients alwayshave dependable caregivers that provide excellent care. The caregivers are great and truly care about their clients. Highly recommend this company.
I have been with this company for awhile now. The staff in the office are very helpful. When ever I have had a medical issue with a patient, the nurse is always their to help. This company treats you like family. They even showed up to my moms funeral!! They always have concerns for both the caregivers and their clients. Great work environment.
