We have used First light home care for the last two years as we needed help caring for my father while my wife and I were at work. I can’t say enough about the high level of care and compassion they provided, and were also very flexible with our changing schedules. Their prices are fair and I highly recommend their services if this level of care is required for a loved one.Adam
First Light works hard to keep communication flowing about the care they provide. The owners are actively involved in daily operations/care. Fees are fairly assessed based on hours actually worked. Having worked with their competitors, I feel that First Light is better than what some others consider to be the best Home Care service in Genesee County.
We all of the sudden needed in-home care for my Mother-In-Law and FirstLight was the perfect choice. Within 3 days of calling them, they had come in for a consultation and worked with us to find the perfect care givers for her. They answered calls and came on-site all hours of the night to make sure we and she were being taken care of like a family member. After we moved her into a full time Assisted Living, they even came to visit her and make sure she was still being take care of!! Can’t recommend FirstLight enough.
