“The Artisan Co provided wood prepping, staining and sealing of the wood casing around 2 large windows in our home. Very detail oriented and they completed the work in such a timely manner. They also addressed an extra outdoor project, refurbishing 4 wood columns on the porch. The entire job completion and clean-up was outstanding. “James and Russell were the primary professionals from RBF our family interacted with for the remodel of our master bathroom. The original design of our master was, at best, terrible as there was no door to the bathroom/toilet, a shower so small of you sneezed your head would hit the back of the glass, wonky shelving and a massive jacuzzi tub that we used maybe once a year. A lot of wasted space. I interviewed several builders/building companies and every single one told me that 'sure we can do that no problem' however James and Russell were the ONLY people who said 'before I say we can we need to see the way the joists are and look at where the pipes go' so they went into the basement and looked, logistically, at the feasibility of actually doing the guts of the remodel. Only then did they tell me they could do what we were wanting to do. I knew then and there that this company was who we were going to work with. The actual remodel of our bathroom (note: we also had our bedroom ceiling flattened, drywalled, repainted, doorway moved and installation of new fan + speakers) took just about as long as we had discussed. They were at our house everyday they planned on and had superb communication. I sent James some pictures of our remodeled bathroom (my wife knew what style, fixtures and overall look she wanted) so hopefully other can see the quality of workmanship. Speaking of workmanship - it is flawless. James and Russell did an amazing job. Russell was the primary jack-of-all-trades who I swear can build anything. I would put him at the 'master of the universe' level of professionalism. Plus, these guys are extremely professional, kind, funny (yes, funny they have a great sense of humor) and extremely considerate. They are very respectful and great around kids (we have three). Please make no mistake, I do not go around giving lip service but I will do so only when it is deserved. And it is well deserved. We have other, smaller, projects that we would like to get done and this time I do not need to waste my time with price-checking other companies; I will stick to what I know. This includes our home and office. Regarding price, RBF gave a clear quote without any BS or back-charging at the end. Extremely clear communication regarding costs throughout. Very fair cost, overall. Not the most expensive quote also not the least expensive either, however and again, the quality of workmanship is second-to-none. I am happy to serve as a reference for this most excellent company and I hope this will serve as one! 10/10, A+, Best of the Best! One last thing, I recommend getting them lunch at least a couple times - these guys work hard. GSP“

“Really, really, really great place to go for fertilizer and lawn care questions. Very nice and genuine people to work with [Demetrius and Eadie]- I love them..lol. Every time I go, they've been patient with me with all of my questions about my grass. Even when the phones are ringing and other customers are waiting, they still find time to accommodate me! One time, I believe it was Ted[forgive me if this is incorrect], took the time to help me with my lawn questions in his office-so nice.
