They replaced roofs on a home and garage, with clear communication and handling everything perfectly. The crew carefully cleaned up after completing the job, leaving customers very pleased. Nick was very professional, explaining all the details of roofing needs and answering questions with expertise. The company offers reasonable quotes and financing options. Customers have had great experiences, with one noting that picking a color was the hardest part, and another having Lockhart do three roofs without any issues. Highly recommended for their dedication and care. The crew is amazing to watch, working together to complete the task. They were able to strip and shingle in 1 day, and the roof looks awesome. The company is professional and courteous, completing jobs in record time without compromising on quality. They even helped a neighbor get her tractor unstuck.
The men worked very fast and it was 89 degrees out. They all cleaned up the mess after and left no debris. We are very happy with the workmanship. Thank you to the salesman, roofers and all that had a part in our roofing project.
Excellent customer service. Had a new roof replaced within a day. Updated along the way from appraisal to completion of job. Roof looks great and company did great on clean up of nails and supplies when job done. Definitely recommend for roof replacement.
I’m giving this review to help others find a reputable and great roofer. I did my due diligence and read reviews on several different roofing companies as I have had a nightmare experience with roofing contractor before that was a hard costly lesson learned. I hired Terry Lockhart roofing company located on Torrey rd in flint after reading the reviews on them. They did an excellent job on my new construction home in Grand Blanc. They brought in a big crew and completed the job in one day which was impressive. We chose certainteed landmark pro shingles moire black and it looks so beautiful!
