I called MI Basements during an emergency on a weekend. They promptly responded and asked me to send some pictures of the affected areas. After that, I was asked to face time so that they could get an overview of the affected areas. AFTER ALL OF THAT they, assessed the damage and told me it may be a plumbing issue. They referred me to a plumbing company, and MI Basement’s assessment that it was a plumbing issue turned out to be 100% correct. The plumbing issue was a quick fix that saved me thousands of dollars. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. To see a company go to this length just to make sure someone got the help they needed is admirable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

After being given the runaround by Concentra, my PMD referred me to Dr. Ames — and words alone cannot capture the fantastic experience I’ve had with him and his staff. Dr. Ames quickly diagnosed my torn rotator cuff and, together with his team, worked tirelessly with Workers Comp to ensure timely approval for surgery. My procedure was flawless, and his bedside manner has been nothing short of outstanding. Every visit at OSOC has been a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ames himself is consistently warm, approachable, and never rushed. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, making you feel heard and cared for. My only wish is that all physicians practiced medicine the way Dr. Ames does. IN SUMMARY: If you have an orthopedic issue, you NEED to be treated by Dr. Ames and his staff!

Dr. Britt aka Master Injector, aka Woman extraordinaire, and she is phenomenally multi-talented/educated/skilled in her scope of practice plus some. She is never not learning, teaching, and blessing her patients and students. I went my first time to her about 2 years ago, I return almost monthly at this point bc she is so good at what she does, and isn't out here for the bag, she is the bag. So go book and get blessed with her wealth on your face, body, skin, etc. Not to mention the atmosphere every time is so warm, fun, and insightful. She has a sensational loving energy, and you can tell she really cares about what she does and who she practices on. It began with just botox for me, and still had some area's of youthfulness I wanted to regain/tighten up/get rid of. She has helped with depleting my under-eye bags, my smile/sun damage lines reduced, a contoured jaw/cheek bone and russian lip all with PDO threads (which are MAGIC) btw. I can't wait for her to work her magic on the next endeavors of beauty care and youth rejuvenation on me. She has taken years off. I can’t recommend Dave enough for physical therapy. When I first started working with him, I was experiencing significant hip pain post-hernia surgery, and I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to return to my normal activities like walking, bike riding, weight lifting, and playing soccer. Thanks to Dave’s expertise and guidance, I’m now pain-free and ready to resume everything I love to do.
Dave is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He always took the time to explain what we were doing and why, which helped me trust the process. I appreciated how each session was different. He challenged me just enough so I could feel myself progressing without ever pushing me into pain. He also has a great skill for stretching, which made a huge difference in my recovery.
Beyond his technical skills, Dave is personable and easy to talk to, which made each session something to look forward to. I’m so grateful for his service and can confidently say he’s helped me get back to living pain-free.

My mom has been a regular at 865 West for years and she is always telling me about her visits to the "beauty parlor" as she calls it. She adores the staff and how they do her blowouts, color, and cuts. She sees several different stylists and is a fan of them all. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by! It was affordable (even moreso for me as my mom did treat me this time), and the blowout lasted for several days... (It's amazing how much a blowout can make one feel so much better!) The salon has a convenient parking lot and everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business and am so glad my mom has this place nearby. I'll definitely return on future visits as well!
Joe and his Team were amazing! very professional, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about all of the work they did at my home. They even took care of issues that arose during the project and addressed those as well.. Joe presented me with an assortment of decor samples and colors for every project he did and never made me feel like I had to make a decision about something if I didn’t like it. Pricing was very reasonable better than most contracting companies. He specializes is flooring, carpentry, masonry work, painting , electrical , plumbing , anything you can think of! I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Very respectable and outgoing!

The space is comfortable and cosy. All staff was super friendly. Lydia did a great job on my hair. I did my roots and toner to neutralize some highlights. The toner went a little dark that I expected but not bad. Also a little more expensive that I was expecting ( my fault - I did not ask prices before), but more a less the same cost than other hairstylists.
Quick, professional and super responsive. Took care of a ticket the right way!! 100% would use again!!!! You cannot find a better legal team! Will be referring them to everyone I can!

This company is absolutely fabulous! My 21 yr old daughter was very ill and spent over a month in the hospital. Once she was home, I was provided with Prime Homecare Agency Services for her care. They have helped us so much. They gave us great direction in how to obtain the needed medical equipment. They spoke with doctor offices on our behalf, they provided PT, OT, and personal care for my daughter. They even helped us get an at-home Physician that would visit my daughter since she is bedridden. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the employees. Our nurse Michelle has been heaven sent. She helped us so much and was an absolute Angel! Also, Reem the Case Mgr. was fabulous as well. She helped us get our hospital bed and other medical equipment. Their whole team is just great! I’m so blessed to have received the love and care from this company in a time of need. They really made it manageable to be able to take care of a loved one who now has disabilities. I’m so very grateful for all that they do!! Thanks Prime Homecare for taking care of us!!!
I was in town visiting my family and broke a nail so came here to get a new set of dip. My nails turned out beautiful - exactly how I like them. My nail technician was charismatic. The place itself could use some updating though. It's very dark and dreary. I'd feel more pampered if there was a remodel with more shades of white to brighten the space.

I located Vision Specialists online after searching for a specialists that could work with me on my unique eye issues. After the Kellogg Eye Center told me, "your eyes are fine," I looked around for a second opinion. I worked with Dr. Chelsea, who did a very thorough workup that included standing on a balance board decide and watching me walk down the hall. She diagnosed my binocular vision disorder, and prescribed me a pair of prism lenses. Martina helped me out with the glasses. I thought I was going to try the new Xtra active prism lenses with the mirror sunglasses but they came back from the lab a little weird, so she helped me change them out for a normal lens without charging me more money. I had a great experience with all levels of care from the moment I walked in.
