I called MI Basements during an emergency on a weekend. They promptly responded and asked me to send some pictures of the affected areas. After that, I was asked to face time so that they could get an overview of the affected areas. AFTER ALL OF THAT they, assessed the damage and told me it may be a plumbing issue. They referred me to a plumbing company, and MI Basement’s assessment that it was a plumbing issue turned out to be 100% correct. The plumbing issue was a quick fix that saved me thousands of dollars. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. To see a company go to this length just to make sure someone got the help they needed is admirable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

Dr. Britt aka Master Injector, aka Woman extraordinaire, and she is phenomenally multi-talented/educated/skilled in her scope of practice plus some. She is never not learning, teaching, and blessing her patients and students. I went my first time to her about 2 years ago, I return almost monthly at this point bc she is so good at what she does, and isn't out here for the bag, she is the bag. So go book and get blessed with her wealth on your face, body, skin, etc. Not to mention the atmosphere every time is so warm, fun, and insightful. She has a sensational loving energy, and you can tell she really cares about what she does and who she practices on. It began with just botox for me, and still had some area's of youthfulness I wanted to regain/tighten up/get rid of. She has helped with depleting my under-eye bags, my smile/sun damage lines reduced, a contoured jaw/cheek bone and russian lip all with PDO threads (which are MAGIC) btw. I can't wait for her to work her magic on the next endeavors of beauty care and youth rejuvenation on me. She has taken years off. My mom has been a regular at 865 West for years and she is always telling me about her visits to the "beauty parlor" as she calls it. She adores the staff and how they do her blowouts, color, and cuts. She sees several different stylists and is a fan of them all. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by! It was affordable (even moreso for me as my mom did treat me this time), and the blowout lasted for several days... (It's amazing how much a blowout can make one feel so much better!) The salon has a convenient parking lot and everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business and am so glad my mom has this place nearby. I'll definitely return on future visits as well!
Joe and his Team were amazing! very professional, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about all of the work they did at my home. They even took care of issues that arose during the project and addressed those as well.. Joe presented me with an assortment of decor samples and colors for every project he did and never made me feel like I had to make a decision about something if I didn’t like it. Pricing was very reasonable better than most contracting companies. He specializes is flooring, carpentry, masonry work, painting , electrical , plumbing , anything you can think of! I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Very respectable and outgoing!

The space is comfortable and cosy. All staff was super friendly. Lydia did a great job on my hair. I did my roots and toner to neutralize some highlights. The toner went a little dark that I expected but not bad. Also a little more expensive that I was expecting ( my fault - I did not ask prices before), but more a less the same cost than other hairstylists.

I was in town visiting my family and broke a nail so came here to get a new set of dip. My nails turned out beautiful - exactly how I like them. My nail technician was charismatic. The place itself could use some updating though. It's very dark and dreary. I'd feel more pampered if there was a remodel with more shades of white to brighten the space.

I located Vision Specialists online after searching for a specialists that could work with me on my unique eye issues. After the Kellogg Eye Center told me, "your eyes are fine," I looked around for a second opinion. I worked with Dr. Chelsea, who did a very thorough workup that included standing on a balance board decide and watching me walk down the hall. She diagnosed my binocular vision disorder, and prescribed me a pair of prism lenses. Martina helped me out with the glasses. I thought I was going to try the new Xtra active prism lenses with the mirror sunglasses but they came back from the lab a little weird, so she helped me change them out for a normal lens without charging me more money. I had a great experience with all levels of care from the moment I walked in.
