Bill came out right away because we have young children and even though he wasn't expecting it to take a long time (and it did) he stayed until the job was completely done. I was quoted 3x the amount Bill charged by rotor rooter to have done exactly what Bill did. He's a great guy, offers fantastic service, and won't rob you blind. Thank you so much Bill!

Some highlights: Bill was able to scope out line and clear several large root blockages all the way around the pipe. He cleared roughly 90ft of line for us and continued to scope and show us what was going on the entire time. He was able to contact the city and have them come out to clear what was blocked in the main. He was able to locate and flag where our line ran from our house to the main. He also answered our call before his official business hours which made all the difference for us as we were having our second septic emergency in two months.“
