We had an emergency septic backup after rotor rooter had been out two months prior. Bill came out right away because we have young children and even though he wasn't expecting it to take a long time (and it did) he stayed until the job was completely done. I was quoted 3x the amount Bill charged by rotor rooter to have done exactly what Bill did. He's a great guy, offers fantastic service, and won't rob you blind. Thank you so much Bill!

Highly Recommend! The main drain on our cabin was clogged by roots. They showed up same day to clear the roots. The team was exceptionally professional and friendly. The cleared up the clog, showed us exactly where the issue was and offered a lot of very helpful information on how to reduce / prevent roots from clogging in the future. We were very happy with the service.
