“Patrick was patient and very helpful over the phone regarding our needs for a new hot water heater. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled the install for just a day later. The guys on site where professional and kindly answered a couple additional questions I had. I was waiting for a surprise when the bill came but the surprise was that the bill was exactly what Patrick quoted me which was very reasonable.
