I made an emergency appointment (thank you again for fitting me in on such late notice!) because I had gone to another salon which completely butchered my dye job. I looked like the bride of Frankenstein, which would normally be cool, but I was freaking out because I had homecoming the very next day. Thankfully, Alicia completely fixed it and made it drop-dead gorgeous!! I cannot thank this place enough.
