I visited Great Clips today for the first time. I had literally been having one of the worst days of my life when I got there but Natalie was so kind and friendly that I left in a much better mood. She was also very professional and gave me a great haircut. I will be back!! Thank you so much for making a terrible day a little better. Who would have thought that getting a haircut could make such a difference?

Today, I visited Flat Rock for some personal business and decided to have my hair cut. I called my regular barber but was informed that there was a two-hour waiting list. Since I had a meeting to attend, I searched on Google and found this location. The staff here is well-trained and professional. Natalie, a lovely and talented lady, did my hair. She was very kind, attentive, and did an excellent job. From now on, this will be my go-to place for haircuts. I highly recommend it, and I want to thank Natalie for her exceptional service.
