A few years ago I had a hair cut disaster by a different stylist at a different salon and I voiced to Kayla that I was very cautious about getting my haircut now, But before she cut anywhere, she would always ask me, “Is this an ok length to cut off” and I really appreciated it.And my color turned out amazing, and the time that it took for my old salon to do half of a head of highlights she did my full head of highlights!And on top of all that she is just the sweetest person!
