The salon has a clean, cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a great atmosphere where guests can enjoy complimentary neck and shoulder massages. The stylists at InStinct Salon are highly skilled and dedicated to making their clients look and feel their best. A stylist did an amazing job lightening long hair and giving a pretty pink balayage, leaving a client very happy. Another client felt nothing but relaxed in the chair for a big job like donating 9 inches of hair and loved the new short hair. Another stylist, who is brand new out of beauty school, is amazing and did an amazing job. Overall, InStinct Salon is a warm and welcoming place with talented stylists who are committed to making their clients look and feel their best. It is the best salon ever and the #1 spot to get your hair done.
First time here it's a relaxed vibe inside. I had Ashley give me a new cut. She explained everything she was doing and was very friendly. I love it and am liking to new cut. Aveda products are so good ! Thank you!
Kim has been doing my hair for years! I can not say enough great things about Kim and how she listens to my hair goals, colors and cuts my hair! I love the atmosphere of Instinct Salon; it’s clean, laid back and welcoming. When you walk in you’re greeted and offered something to drink and free snacks are available!
I have been seeing Kim at Instinct since they were at the littler salon down Telegraph. Kim is awesome she takes whatever you have in mind and makes it a reality. She has done everything possible to my hair with essentially no damage. She knows slow is the best way to go. She scrubs your head the best when she shampoos you too. My daughter also gets her hair cut by her and wouldn't go anywhere else.
