Love these ladies! The prices and accommodations are really exemplary. I feel like I can really treat myself to a service or two because they are so affordable. No need to hair your hair grow out beyond being recognizable because you couldn't afford to keep up with the maintenance. I feel like it's personal, tailored, and beyond any experience I've had before. No one has done my hair is such a way in a looong time. That being said about the prices...they are reasonable so be sure to tip you beauty guru extra.
After calling 10 different plumbers, BH picked up and scheduled to come to my house the NEXT day. Everyone else was trying to schedule me out a month from now even though we had water leaking in the basement. They were professional, quick, and offer a 30-day guarantee. Highly recommend!
Yesterday we had a whole house water filtration system plus a back yard faucet hook up installed and we were very happy with the results. We didn't get the guys name, but he was great. He had to crawl down in our crawl space to shut the water off & on and it isn't the most pleasant place to be. He was considerate about not wanting to track into our house mud from the crawlspace. He was very personable and knowledgable about what he did. If we ever need any plumbing needs in the future, this is the company we will call, without a doubt.

Ed Keeter is not only great at fixing the vintage machines that nobody knows how to repair anymore, but he is also an incredibly kind and interesting person.
A lot of the negative reviews have to do with long wait times and difficulty getting in touch with him. Yes, this can be true. But those people must remember that they’re dealing with a very small business, as it is usually only Ed doing the repairs and one person helping him with all of the admin work. Plus, the guy is in his late 70’s! He’s not glued to his phone like most folks these days.
Yes, you may need to follow up or wait a few weeks for a part but the job WILL get done and sometimes Mr Keeter is the only person you’ll find with the knowledge to do it. That means he is in high demand!
If you have a standard machine or appliance that you’re looking to get fixed quickly, Keeter’s might not be the place for you. If you have an older or vintage appliance that needs fixing and are not in a huge hurry, Mr. Keeter will make sure it gets taken care of properly and he will go above and beyond to find the correct parts and also teach you a thing or two along the way.
Sincerely, a very thankful owner of an oven and washer/dryer from the 60’s that would have had to been replaced with something far less interesting had we not found Ed :)

The technician who serviced my appliance was friendly and very helpful. He showed me how to replace my lights in my refrigerator and was very professional. Excellent experience! Although my warranty thru Whirlpool did not cover the rust appearing on my 3 year old appliance, the technician did his best by reaching out on my behalf and advocating for me.

Henderson Bros. have done major work for me twice, the latest being the removal of a massive tree, stump grinding, and topsoil fill. Communications with Tom were thorough and timely. His estimates were fair, and the timeline and scope of work was accurate and clear. Importantly, Henderson Bros. have the correct equipment for the job. My backyard is very small, with a single-lane driveway, and no alley access. Henderson's have a small-scale scissor lift bucket that permitted them to easily get 60+ feet up. The log clean-up was significant, and they had the loaders to handle it. Finally, the topsoil spreading and site clean-up was exceptional. While all their services are excellent, residents with trees in restrictive spaces should definitely call Henderson Bros.
