They were excellent. Called Stanley steamer & they wouldn't come do the job. We had new free floating carpet in our basement. It was stored there while the living room was painted. During a storm we had water seep in our back door, we had fans on it and under it we had 2 air movers. So the carpet was dry by the time they came, but Stanley Steemer said they wouldn't touch it. A very nice young man came & did a marvelous job.
