“Called Axiom requesting a service call. Tab answered the phone and I explained the problem I was having with a interrupter switch. He walked me through removing the cover and had me check a switch....it was in the disable mode causing it not to operate...what a straight up company and guy!!! I will use them for All my electrical needs in the future and pass the word around if people are looking for a honest professional electrician!!!“

“My Generac generator developed a problem during a power outage on Saturday July 4. I called Adams and left a for Jake, their service person. He called me right back and was at my house in under a half hour; on a Saturday and holiday! He quickly diagnosed the problem. Consumers Energy restored power right before he arrived, so it was no longer urgent. He ordered and replaced the part, the generator is working perfectly now. Thanks Jake! Amazing customer service!“

One of the electricians from your company by the name of Brandon was hired to do work on cameras at my employer. Brandon is very rude and very condescending to me personally based on me being a female. He was very unprofessional in his comments and also had the audacity to tell my fellow coworker that he knew I was stupid because I looked stupid. Brandon’s behavior also carried over to the way he treated my female coworker.“
