My Generac generator developed a problem during a power outage on Saturday July 4. I called Adams and left a for Jake, their service person. He called me right back and was at my house in under a half hour; on a Saturday and holiday! He quickly diagnosed the problem. Consumers Energy restored power right before he arrived, so it was no longer urgent. He ordered and replaced the part, the generator is working perfectly now. Thanks Jake! Amazing customer service!
I am so thankful for Adams Electric and Austin in particular. I don't think my 88-year-old dad and I would have made it through this exceedingly hot week without the work he did to ensure that our AC unit had the appropriate line required and that I had a working ceiling fan in my bedroom.
