UPDATE!!! I want to truly thank Jimmy and JJ for coming out to my employer and truly listening to my concerns in regards to our security cameras. All issues were resolved in a very kind and professional way. Master Electric truly cared about making this situation right.

One of the electricians from your company by the name of Brandon was hired to do work on cameras at my employer. Brandon is very rude and very condescending to me personally based on me being a female. Call store and ask for a specific type of cord. Staff is super friendly and directing me to where I would need to go to get this cord and gave me direct number to their supplier with no problem even when he knew I wasn’t going to purchase anything from him at that time because he had had direct me to his supplier when to other stores I called before were too grumpy old men, that wouldn’t tell me anything and I was going to be a paying customer

Called Michelle at Master Electric yesterday for some repair work. They were booked up till the middle of January, but Michelle was so great and fit us in! Her crew was here yesterday afternoon and everything was great. Don't listen to these other reviews! I would recommend them to anyone I know!Service: General repairs
