Staff is super friendly and directing me to where I would need to go to get this cord and gave me direct number to their supplier with no problem even when he knew I wasn’t going to purchase anything from him at that time because he had had direct me to his supplier when to other stores I called before were too grumpy old men, that wouldn’t tell me anything and I was going to be a paying customer”
