Lloyd is awesome! He came and took the time to analyze our problem. Then he took the time to finish it on one service call. He could have found many problems but by taking the time to care, he found the solution that was the easiest and least expensive. Lloyd is now in my contacts!

I woke up with no hot water on January 1st. I checked the internet for a local plumber, not expecting anyone to be working, and left an e-mail. Llyod called back in a couple of hours and gave me rebooting instructions. Llyod came out the next morning, unfortunately rebooting did not work, because there was a bird in the blower motor of my hot water tank. Llyod got it out, and tank started working perfectly. Llyod did a follow up the next morning. I would recommend him to anybody.
