I don't understand the bad reviews on this place at all. Even with self-pay, the cost for vision test+ retinal imaging without dilation was very reasonable. Dr. Franssen was extremely thorough, professional, and explained everything to me in detail. The staff was very kind. I was in and out very quickly. Very satisfied.
We have vision insurance as a retired teacher, but at Costco it cost less than half for same quality of glasses compared to using our insurance elsewhere.
Eye exam was great and got answers to all my questions.
Front desk person was disengaged ( bored ? depressed ?) But the doc is great.
I’ve been using this office for several years. They are always very helpful and Dr Holtz is amazing. I always recommend this office.
