I recently had my annual contact lens and eyeglasses exam with Village Vision Care in Ann Arbor, where I’ve been a patient for several years. Dr. Holtz is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and took care to explain everything thoroughly during the exam. The office is clean and sanitary and ensured that COVID protocols were strictly followed. Office staff were friendly and professional as well.

The entire team at Village Vision Care in Ann Arbor is amazing. Dr. Franssen was cheerful, kind and friendly. She must have excelled and had been at the top of her class when she was in her university program. At 72 years old, I have been to a lot of eye doctors and she was by far the best. Her personality is perfect for anyone working with the public. You could tell she loves what she does and she makes you feel valued and appreciated.

I don't understand the bad reviews on this place at all. Even with self-pay, the cost for vision test+ retinal imaging without dilation was very reasonable. Dr. Franssen was extremely thorough, professional, and explained everything to me in detail. The staff was very kind. I was in and out very quickly. Very satisfied.
