Incredible studio with a great community. The instructors and the owner Risa are super knowledgeable and helpful.
Yoga is more than just exercise; each time you step on your mat at Tiny Buddha offers a chance for reflection and connection with your body and mind. You’ll leave feeling restored.

The Tiny Buddha community is phenomenal. The teachers are supportive, creative, and mindful in ways that leave you feeling class both energized and reflective. The richness of the community and the teachers is built on the foundation of the owner, Risa, who's wealth of knowledge in yoga, supporting students, and mindful reflections makes the TBY community unlike any other. Come for a class, stay for the community.
