I really love this gym. I’ve been a member for a little over two years, and I’ve seen such an increase in my strength, confidence and overall wellbeing from my workouts. The format is perfect. If you go often enough, you will be able to cover each major muscle group throughout the week. The employees are so nice, I especially enjoy Naomi‘s classes on Friday’s. I’ve found a community here that encourages me in my fitness goals and life.
SPENGA has been such a game-changer for me. The 20/20/20 format keeps me motivated, the instructors (Ainsley, Naomi, Lisa & Lindsay) pay attention to form, and the environment is so welcoming. I’ve noticed real progress and actually enjoy going to class, not to mention the friendships I’ve made with the regular 6:15am crew!! Couldn’t recommend it more!
Great 1st workout. Love the blend of cardio, strength, and yoga🚲💪🧘♀️ Staff was very welcoming and helped get us set up. The atmosphere was cool with the lighting and music. We will definitely be adding this to our regular workout routine ‼️
