Needed some advice on woodpecker damage to my chimney and called Bobby, owner of RJ Frank Home Inspections. He got back to me quickly and was super helpful. Even though it isn't really his area of work, he offered helpful perspective and pointed me towards a couple local businesses who could help me with this specific situation.

I could immediately tell Bobby was experienced/knowledgable, and I appreciated his willingness to offer some guidance. I'll definitely be keeping his number handy to use his consulting services when I have other home projects come up. Good, knowledgeable people are hard to find!

Extremely happy with the work of Bobby and James. They came to check out mold that appeared in our bedroom. They provided a number of useful ideas and suggestions (of why the mold appeared), went into the attic and fixed up some faulty ventilation links, and recommended further course of action that is both economical and efficient. I highly recommend these guys!

Bobby. is. amazing. I found him on Yelp, and when I called him his first words were "I can't help you because I am injured, but I can help you find a good alternative." He then spent the next 31 minutes on the phone with me (with no expectation of financial compensation of any kind) talking about what I was concerned about with the house we were looking at, where it was, when it was built, what the previous owners did to it, and tailored a list of specialists that he trusted in the areas that we had concerns. He truly loves his work, he is incredibly thorough, and you should call him now.
