Patrick was amazing! Used him on first & 2nd inspection on my new build home. Worth the money! He’s extremely knowledgeable on building codes & goes by the book! Because of him, my issues were addressed & fixed! Patrick also took time to explain in detail the “in&outs” of my home! Very pleasant, great personality! I give him a A++

Patrick did a great inspection and tested everything in the house. His attention to detail made it easier for us to prioritize what needs to be completed after we move in.

He took 2 days to get the report written however he went in so much detail. Someone who’s not familiar with home repairs it was refreshing to understand the technical reasons for the repairs.

He priced his inspection based on assessor square footage vs what was listed in the listing. Pulled all the permits and went through what was done prior to even stepping on the property.

I would hire Patrick anytime as he gave honest responses and inspected like it was for his loved one.

Patrick was the single most thorough inspector I have ever hired. We are buying a new construction in the Ann arbor area and he didn't leave a single stone unturned. (Luckily there wasn't a ton of issues to find) However I will definitely hire him again for any inspections I need done in the future.
