Excellent experience with Integrity. The scheduling staff was helpful & responsive, and Patrick was able to come out within 48 hours. He arrived early, was thorough & professional, and clearly explained why our pipes froze. He also shared practical recommendations & referrals to help prevent it from happening again. Well worth the cost. We would absolutely use Integrity again & we highly recommend them.
From getting the inspection scheduled all the way to getting the final report with pictures within hours of the inspection being completed, this was a great experience. Very thorough and well documented inspection! He even checked our roof two days prior to the inspection while installing the radon detection because of an impending snow storm. We weren't able to attend the inspection and he called us after and went through everything and answered any questions that we had. It was also very easy to schedule the inspection and the documentation came back the same day. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!
