Incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They were here for us during this difficult time, and took great care of my dad through all steps of the process.

I was so impressed that even though the funeral/cremation of my loved one was handled in another state, they provided kind, patient, and compassionate support/guidance re: my questions about traveling with cremated remains to my loved one's final resting place.
