Chris was terrific...came out late on a Friday afternoon to fix my air conditioner that had stopped working during an 87-degree day. He was very methodical in his approach, diagnosing the issue after ruling out various other potential problems. Once he determined which part had failed, he quickly fixed the system. He then went on to make sure there were no other issues...and while he was there testing, he performed an annual service inspection. He took time listen to a couple of other issues I was having and offered up options for solutions.
