I have been using Hutzel for years, at least 30 to 40 years. They have been wonderful. I just had a massive water leak from a broken pipe four days ago. They had a plumber out here within two hours. And they immediately helped me get a water mitigation team out here within four or five hours at the most. So it resulted in minimal damage because of their immediate response. Yes, I have to have drywall repair, carpet, painting, etc. But they’re quick response, and they’re connecting me to a water, mitigation team, saved this disaster from being much worse. Nobody wants to spend thousands $$ on any repair. Just had Hutzle install a new A/C unit at a rental I have. The whole sales process done mostly through texts (because I like it). The crew sent was professional and worked rapidly. Alerted me to a safety issue that will need to be addressed before winter heating season. Both Nate and Mekhi were true pros!
