Nobody wants to spend thousands $$ on any repair. Just had Hutzle install a new A/C unit at a rental I have. The whole sales process done mostly through texts (because I like it). The crew sent was professional and worked rapidly. Alerted me to a safety issue that will need to be addressed before winter heating season. Both Nate and Mekhi were true pros!
Hutzel was responsive in a matter of an hour or so, when our furnace was out on the coldest Saturday of the year. Appreciate the 24/7 service when it’s needed most. Great to use a local Ann Arbor company over the big franchise competitors. Our repairman was nice enough to also answer our other renovation-related questions that we had while he was on site working on the furnace. Would use them again!
A+ experience! The technician who came out, Jason Blackburn, has got to be one of the most kindest, well equipped individuals i have ever had the experience crossing paths with in life. He not only took care of what was originally scheduled, but went above & beyond to help with every problem that arose along the way for what I was trying to accomplish. He did not have to either. I learned a lot from him today, but also got to experience a genuinely kind human being in the process. They just don't make people like him anymore. Highly recommend!
