“I’ve had a great experience with laser treatment at Milan Laser, largely thanks to Crystal. She is extremely professional, respectful, and does a great job putting you at ease-especially if it’s your first time undergoing laser treatment. She works efficiently, clearly knows what she’s doing, and so far I’ve experienced minimal to no pain. I would absolutely request her again for future treatments.
This location also appears to take client feedback seriously and is proactive about reaching out if there are any concerns, which I appreciate.
The one thing I wish I had known before signing up is that Milan runs promotions year round. I enrolled during a summer promotion advertised as 50% off, but since then I’ve received emails offering up to 60% and even 65% off. Given that Milan is significantly more expensive than its competitors, that 10-15% difference would have translated to over $1,000 in savings for me. Knowing this upfront may have influenced my timing.
Overall, while the pricing structure and promotional transparency could be improved, the quality of care-especially with Crystal-has been excellent, and I would gladly continue treatment with her specifically.”
