Mariya was personable, friendly and made an uncomfortable procedure one that I am actually looking forward to in the future.She was thorough with the details of the process beforehand, told me exactly what she was doing while undergoing the procedure, gave detailed aftercare instructions and advised what to expect in the coming days.Also, she followed up with me afterwards just to make sure I’m doing well in the following days. This is my happy place. Love, love, love how they perform miracles on my unruly, thick, curly, and frizzy hair. Have been going there for over 8+ years. Kimmyuh (sp?) was a lifesaver when I had a hair emergency the week before my son's wedding. I had gone to the salon by my work twice to get my hair colored and then fixed. It still wasn't right. I decided to call Avissa because I had been there for hair removal and thought it was a high quality business. Kimmyuh got me in that day and made my hair look more beautiful than ever before. Everyone in the salon is friendly. The environment feels like NYC! I would absolutely recommend Avissa to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and wants a quality outcome.
