I've been to countless places asking for a focus on my neck and shoulders, and they always find the same spot and dig into it. “The moment I walked in for my facial earlier this month, I was warmly greeted by Sophie and offered tea or water. The storefront is warm and aesthetic.

My facial was wonderful! Soothing, ambient music was playing and the heated bed relaxed me. The products they use are made with quality ingredients and they smell great. It was like aromatherapy (and apparently they have an aromatherapy facial of sorts- which is highly intriguing)! The arm, neck, and scalp massages were lovely.

At the end of the appointment, I felt so relaxed I could almost take a nap! I was given a couple of samples that Sophie used for my facial. I just finished the strawberry rhubarb hyaluronic hydrator sample and I plan to buy some because it smells and feels great!

The amount of care and consideration that this business puts into their curated products, branding, clients and etc. is clear to see. Not to mention, my skin's appearance has improved.
