The optical shop managed to break my glasses, then failed to notify me that they couldn't fill my prescription (the employee who said they'd emailed me lied about doing so). I had to call them to find out that my glasses were "ready." When I went in to pick them up, I found out that they weren't ready at all--they were broken.The optician I spoke with was apologetic but offered no solutions. I asked to have the manager call me. And he did!! First thing the next morning and followed up with an email and a very acceptable solution. Good work, Larry!!!

Great doctors, but place is a zoo. Plan to spend at least half a day. They took me to a waiting 'hallway' because waiting room was overflowing, and then lost me. I finally had to go find someone. "We wondered what happened to you!". Really?!

I have not actually been a patient here. My husband does deliveries for them. The building is kept very clean and the staff was very nice. I had to run in to use the restroom. Very well maintained.
