“I have not use Butler Electric yet myself but I can tell you they are honest (which is half the battle when finding someone to use). I needed help with an issue at my house and called them. I explained to Brian that a circuit was being tripped any time the microwave was being used. Brian let me know he could come out but that he'd seen issues where the microwave was the cause so he asked me to first plug the microwave into an extension cord and plug it into another circuit to test if it indeed was the microwave causing the circuit to trip. I did this and HE WAS CORRECT.Brian could have charged me he fee to come to the house and find that exact same thing but he was honest. This saved me money and time and was greatly appreciated.“

“WOW, where do I start..??? PATTY is a Miracle Worker! She's Compassionate and Understanding..!!! PATTY makes things happen in such a precise manner. PATTY identifies which Service Technician will come out, which will lead You to meet the Most Amazing Man, MARK..!!! Mark arrived on time as PATTY stated, but when MARK showed Up, MARK had #2 dog cookies for My dog, MARK even took the time to greet and rub My dog..!!! After, that MARK went to work on My Generac Generator. MARK went above and beyond, He cleaned My Unit (I was actually embarrassed it was so dirty) up, He also identified what My problems were, repaired the problems, but get THIS, MARK allowed Me to bring out My BIBLE and read a Quote from the Book of MARK, how Cool is that..??? NO Judgment..!!! MARK is TRULY a Breath of FRESH Air..!!! MARK realized he didn't have the part he needed, so he calledPATTY, and I could over hear PATTY say, "Make sure that my unit is up and running. Do You See how involved PATTY is in the Service Calls..???MARK repaired my generac generator, even revealed that some of My generator problems were still covered under My warranty, not only that, MARK set up My generator to send Me routine maintenance messages, as well as setting it up my generator where MARK can remotely get into My generator to troubleshoot without having to come out on site. Now, if that's NOT EXCELLENT Service, then I don't know what is..!!! “These guys did a great job installing my EV charger outlet in the garage, and now are helping install a sauna unit (which is a tricky / not-straightforward install for them). They have been super helpful as consultants for this job in particular (and another job I'm considering for a full garage electrical heater) and are flexible in offering different options, etc. I would highly recommend them as your electrical contractor. I have been working w/ Ken and Dan specifically and plan to work with them for all of our future electrical needs.“
