“I was suddenly without power, and Consumers told me I was getting power from them to my house and to call an electrician. Luckily a friend had recommended Keith at Wireworks. Within 15 minutes of my phone call, Keith was at my house and was able to determine I was only getting half the power. Keith calmly reassured me everything would be okay. He called Consumers for me. He switched out some of my breakers and double checked all the wiring. After Consumers corrected the problem with the outside connectors, Keith called me to make sure the power was corrected.
