“Had to wait but that's my fault because I didn't schedule an appointment. As soon as a pedicure chair was available you had me in the chair and started working. Most of the time you do a great job. I didn't like the last lady I had as she was on her phone watching a movie, I think, the entire time she was giving me a pedicure and manicure. I very rarely get a manicure because I don't usually like the way my nails look when done, and that time was no exception. On the whole, I like what you do.“

She is a pleasant person and talented stylist. She verified my satisfaction with my cut, added additional layers, then curled my hair. It turned out soft and layered as I requested.
