I have rented here since May 2024. To say my experience has been incredible is an understatement. Zach and Tess are amazing communicators and keep the space fun, clean and safe. I couldn’t be happier here and plan on staying for a long time. It’s been great. My clients love it as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking into suite life. 10/10
As a small business owner who’s been renting here for over a year now, I can honestly say it’s exceeded expectations. This is not my first suite rental experience of my 13 years in the business. Any issues I have had with my studio(which have honestly been very minimal - a small sink leak, etc) have been met with a prompt response, thorough communication, and addressed quickly. This is a brand new building and hasn’t come without some kinks to work out, but any issues have been addressed promptly with licensed contractors, and with thorough communication and updates.

I have been renting here for coming up on 1 year and I can honestly say this has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a company…My clients absolutely love the space, it is so comfortable, quiet and exactly what I was looking for…I am super protective over my clients and make sure that every second of their visit is worth it and Image has really delivered!!! Feedback has been spot on! Zach (the owner) has been nothing short of wonderful, not only is he super friendly but anytime you need anything he is quick to respond and pleasant to deal with…so hard to find nowadays…the other tenants have been so great to get know…Heather (facials)...read full review
