“We have been taking our dog to Brooknelle for over three years now. A while back the management changed and Brian and Brittany have made a huge difference. They have cleaned the place up, renovated the buildings, added to outdoor areas and modernized the whole operation. However, the familiarity with the pets and their owners have not changed at all. All the employees are great with the animals and my dog is always excited when we get there.
One big thing worth mentioning is the onsite training. They offered a class there where my dog and I worked on basic obedience. The bigger opportunity was Brian taking on the task of training my dog on the Halo collar. After months of me failing to make the training stick, Brian had my dog working with the Halo collar in a few weeks.
I can't say enough about all the people there. I don't have any reservations about dropping my dog off at Brooknelle. They take care of him, trim his nails and bathe him when needed. It's just great to have that area of life completely settled.“
