I have been going to this office for over three years. I have called and been Put on hold several times , because this is a very busy office. I just always leave a message and they get back to me. Everybody is very friendly in there from the reception to the checkout to the nurse who takes me into the exam room and takes my Vitals . I am so pleased with my Primary care provider . . I have been using York family practice for 25 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr Robinson is my current doctor and I have had others through the years. Dr Robinson is such an angel, always taking the time to discuss any concern. I have always been treated with respect and in a timely manner. Even when things were so difficult, with the pandemic, YFP did not let me down! Things are even easier now with the patient portal because I can message Dr Robinson if I have a question or concern. I am so glad that they will be there for me as I grow older!
