“My Aussie had bloody diarrhea so my vet, Dr. Strickland, started with a stool sample to rule out parasites. That came back negative so she called and explained her plan of action. Dr. Strickland is the best. She always takes the time to call to review things if something is up with my pup. I find the whole staff very responsive and compassionate.“

“Today, my regular Vet didn't have appointments. My pooch was neutered (6) days ago. His stiches popped and he was oozy with an infection. The staff promptly opened an appointment for me w/i (1 1/2) hours of opening.

Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately and saw a Med Tech w/i minutes. The Vet saw me w/i (10) minutes.

My pooch received his meds, antibiotics, a cleaning of his infection, and the cone of shame. ;)

The staff is prompt, kind and definitely animal lovers!

If I ever have an emergency again, THIS is the Urgent Care Office I will return too.

Not only does she take the time to answer my questions, she goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is in the best of health. I have a highly reactive large dog that does not like the vet. Dr. Ferrell and her team make sure to make us as comfortable as possible and do their best to make sure Harlee knows she is not being threatened.
