West side is 1 hour from our home, and we had been taking our rescue pup there. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are the most welcoming lovely people, and the veterinarian is off the charts! Thanks to passion for pets. I have the opportunity to meet them all. We'll be keeping the puppy there as well.
We were visiting family from out of state and our golden retriever Jasper had a hot spot that blew up all over his underside. Westside Animal Hospital treated him and me. I was so upset to get the call from the boarding facility and finding him in the condition he was in. A very compassionate staff met us and took exceptional care of Jasper. I can't recommend this practice enough. I will definitely use this practice when we move back to Maine. Thank you Westside Animal Hospital!
I’ve been coming here for years, but most of all really enjoy Dr. Kate Ferrell. She has been a breath of fresh air since having bad experiences at other practices. Not only does she take the time to answer my questions, she goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is in the best of health. I have a highly reactive large dog that does not like the vet. Dr. Ferrell and her team make sure to make us as comfortable as possible and do their best to make sure Harlee knows she is not being threatened. I am not local to this vet and will only travel to this one. Thank you Dr. Ferrell for being you!
