Gray Animal Center has provided great customer service since day 1. I feel like they truly care about me and my dog and also do not overcharge for services. I have never felt so welcomed at any other vet clinic. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the care and consideration we always receive at Gray Animal Center. When Dr Kinney left I felt some sense of dread at who may come next, but Dr. Anderson and all the supporting staff there have made the transition so wonderful. I might go so far as to say I like it even better now that I can manage care appointments online. Dr. A does not disappoint. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable.

I called the gray animal center for advice on a laceration on my dogs thigh. The person I spoke to was happy to give advice but asked for a photo to assess the urgency. After they got the photo I promptly received a reply that he should come in for some staples and antibiotics. Much to my surprise they were able to get him in that afternoon and treat his wound plus get his rabies shot updated. Everyone there was professional, compassionate and had great advice. Past visits with other animal hospitals have always been stressful and full of surprise upcharges.
