55 Baxter Blvd, Portland“I have been lucky enough to bring my Labrador version of Joan Jett here for the past 2 years or so. Emmy the dog does not necessarily get along with other dogs, because of her punk rock attitude, and as such, she is always granted backstage access upon arrival. the staff is excellent and they always address any concern with a sense of urgency, and give very precise information with regard to her well-being, in a timely fashion. I have yet to have any bad experience here and I can't say enough about the care and diligence of anyone who has dealt with my dog and I. In particular, Dr Cohen has been excellent, and I can't stress how caring and compassionate these people are. thank you so much for everything you do!“

172 Gray Rd, Cumberland“Dr. Copp, Dr. Farrell and the whole staff have been wonderful! This past year our pets have experienced some acute and life ending medical conditions. When we had to put our beloved golden down due to cancer, the staff was very empathetic and supportive! I am always very impressed when I get follow up calls to check in on how the dogs are doing after being seen for whatever issues. I highly recommend this veterinary practice! I believe they truly care about their patients and we aren't just another random customer.“

115 Bishop St, Portland“Vets are nice, caring, and want the best for your pet. 25%off if you are on Medicare/Disability. Easy to get to. Adoption services, as well as a low cost clinic. Donations are accepted with great thanks. They do great follow up. A little hard to get in as they are very busy. A great choice for lower priced, quality pet care. Aftercare services are also available. Would love to see lots of donations toward up graded equipment, and training for staff so they can continue up to date care . Clean place, with very helpful staff.“

8AM - 5:30PM
226 Lewiston Rd, Gray“As previously said on provider email service rating request, where I rated them 7/10 after only my 2nd appointment with this veterinarian: I am cautious with stars/number rating since I've not been impressed by another brick-mortar provider as a new pet parent of 2 fur ball loves. This practice is a good 30 minutes drive away and this factor alone can be most stressful to the "kids" and pet cat mom, especially when both serenaded me loudly the entire ride there! Anyway, the visit succeeded better than I had expected - my girls behaved beautifully, all got done with no fur flying, escapes, or anything else untoward happening. I have suggested that some serious thought be given ti installing an automatic door opening option, cause MY ACHING BACK would certainly appreciate that - next month both kids will be going back - only 1 for a booster jab- and I'm labeling my 1 wheeled carrier with the heavier (14 lb. 1 year old) cat's name and the lighter (9lb) 3 year old) one will go in the Sherpa carrier. I may elect to purchase a 2nd wheeled carrier for next year. Anyway. I was kept informed of the health status if both as Dr. GREY gave both the once over. Both she and her Tech, as well as the other staff, were very caring & gentle with my 2 fully clawed lasses. Hopefully over time they won't feel so anxious about riding to their appointments with mom. I am currently awaiting a response to an email I sent to inquire about feline dental care. We shall see what happens with that.“
