I am very happy with the care I receive from Sara Hoffman at Martin's Point. She is very easy going, extremely proactive and takes as much time as I need to address any questions, concerns. The practice is very accommodating, especially when something unexpected comes up and always gets me in right away. The front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable, Would highly recommend this practice.
In 2020 I went in with severe pain in my abdomen that came and went. It was a sick visit and my normal doctor Kelsey McDonald was not in. I saw a Greer Hoffmann. I indicated I believed it was gallbladder and she totally blew me off and basically said there was no way it was my gallbladder. She gave me medicine for an ulcer and a test to see if it was bacteria causing my ulcer. No bacteria was found. Oddly enough the medicine helped with symptoms. Later Dr Steele was my Doctor and I told him it was still bothering me and I had even stopped taking the ibuprofen. I went in for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. The only thing negative I can say is schedule ing an appointment I tried yesterday Feb 2nd finally got a person on the phone told him what I needed he said going to put you on hold for a minute I hung up after 8 minutes he didn't have sense enough to come back and say he was working on it. Still giving 5 stars cause I like my doctor and everything else,hope they adress that issue. P.s. guess what they never called me back surprise surprise
