Dave is someone who has helped me to see exercise, overall wellness and the mind/body connection in a whole new way. He is kind, positive and full of energy which helps me stay motivated! I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule or physical limitations, truly customizing my workouts based on where I am at in that moment. And the convenience of walking out of my home and into the back of his truck?! Who wouldn't want that? If you're hesitant at all, take this former couch potato's recommendation and give Dave a call. I have been working with Dave for months now, and throughout the entire process he has been extremely helpful. I started hoping to work on injury prevention for sports, but Dave showed me how amazing bodybuilding/ powerlifting is. I'll always be grateful for Dave and the guidance he has given me in my fitness journey.

I just started working with Dave at Jumpstart and I am amazed at how awesome this service is! I have never really felt comfortable going to gyms so this is perfect for me, he comes right to my home 2 mornings a week and has been putting me through incredibly motivating and intense workouts. He also wrote up a diet plan for me to follow and though it has only been a few weeks I already see and feel a huge difference! If you are thinking of starting to exercise I highly recommend giving them a call, the training here is also cheaper than personal training at most gyms I looked into and he included the nutrition counseling with it!
